According to the requirements of the "Management Measures for the Recognition of New Material Enterprises in Hunan Province (Revised in 2019)" (Xianggongxin Raw Materials [2019] No. 61) and the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Recognition and Certificate Replacement of New Material Enterprises in Hunan Province in 2023" issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, through procedures such as online application by enterprises, recommendation by cities and prefectures, formal review, and expert evaluation, etc, We plan to recognize 200 enterprises, including Changsha Feilu Polymer New Materials Co., Ltd., as new material enterprises in Hunan Province in 2023 (11th batch, specific list see Annex 1), and agree to renew 196 new material certification certificates, including Hunan Songjing New Materials Co., Ltd.
