Hunan Hongcheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, which is the manufacturing base of powder metallurgy in China. The company develops and prepares refractory high purity non-ferrous metal powders (tantalum, niobium, vanadium, etc.). Independent innovation and development have enabled us to build perfect production equipment and devise unique production processes, allowing us to conduct fine operations of the whole process in the dehumidified and temperature-controlled production workshop.
High vacuum heat treatment furnace, inert gas protection ultra-micro pulverizer, special high purity tantalum powder pulverizer, air flow powder classifier and other professional equipment are used to prepare production. The whole process of powder preparation covers HDH method powder making process, oxygen reduction process, powder passivation and classification and other advanced technologies.
