8 Month 27 On the day, a delegation including Ye Junming, Chairman of the Science and Technology Association of Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City; Fan Caihe, Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hunan University of Technology; Shen Menglin, member of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference and head of the Municipal New Materials Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center; Zhang Zhongjian, Executive President of the Zhuzhou Hard Alloy Industry Association; and Huang Xiongyuan, Secretary-General of the Zhuzhou Metallurgical Society, visited our company to conduct the "Tianyuan District New Hard Material Industry Innovation Development Research" activity. Through discussions and on-site inspections, they gained an in-depth understanding of the company's development status.

At the symposium, relevant company leaders reported to the research team on the company's development overview, product R&D achievements, and current challenges. Chairman Ye Junming stated that the district's Science and Technology Association will continue to provide the "Four Services," focusing on increasing support in talent policies and platform construction, connecting with local university resources, promoting product innovation and achievement transformation, and providing systematic support for enterprise development. Dean Fan Caihe introduced the organizational structure, talent team, and technical advantages in the materials field of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Hunan University of Technology, emphasizing that the school will fully leverage local advantages to promote deep cooperation between the university and enterprises in talent sharing, equipment sharing, and collaborative R&D to help enterprises enhance innovation capabilities. Company technical staff also had in-depth exchanges with the research expert group on specific issues related to product upgrades and innovative development.

After the meeting, the research team conducted an on-site visit to the production workshop and had detailed communications with on-site personnel regarding production equipment, process flow, and other aspects.
