The company researches and produces refractory, high-purity non‑ferrous metal powders, including tantalum, niobium, and vanadium. It has independently developed state-of-the-art production equipment, established a proprietary manufacturing process, and implements meticulous, end-to-end operations within a dehumidified, temperature‑controlled workshop.
The product is manufactured using specialized equipment, including a high‑vacuum heat‑treatment furnace, an inert‑gas‑protected ultrafine pulverizer, a dedicated high‑purity tantalum powder grinder, and an air‑jet powder classifier. The entire powder‑production process incorporates advanced technologies such as the HDH powder‑making method, oxygen‑reduction techniques, powder passivation, and particle‑size classification.
The company has successfully developed the production of irregular powders for a range of metals, including tantalum, niobium, vanadium, and titanium, as well as high-entropy alloys. Its products exhibit high purity, low oxygen content, high tapped density, and excellent flowability, with overall quality reaching the leading domestic standard.
